She has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating cloud services agreements, software license and support agreements, data subscription agreements, equipment purchase and maintenance agreements, manufacturing and distribution agreements, as well as a wide variety of technology services agreements. She also counsels clients with business to consumer offerings including drafting website and mobile applications terms of use and privacy policies.
Her technology transactions practice includes work across a range of industries, including telecommunications, software as a service (SaaS), aerospace, secure access solutions, healthcare, and energy.
