Elizabeth Lovejoy focus on helping people plan for long-term care and preserve assets to pass on to their families. I work with elders and their spouses and children to anticipate incapacity, document end-of-life wishes, secure resources for long-term care, design and implement estate plans, and administer estates.
I practice elder law and estate planning in both Connecticut and Massachusetts and hold a Master of Laws degree in Estate Planning and Elder Law. I am a co-author of the book “Best Practices for Long-Term Planning and Nursing Home Protection,” and I teach Elder Law as an Adjunct Professor at Western New England University School of Law.
I regularly write and speak on topics relating to estate planning, asset protection, elder law and long-term care planning. I am a member of both the National and Connecticut Chapters of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
