Elizabeth M. Jones is a partner in the West Palm Beach office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where she is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group. Elizabeth focuses her practice on a wide range of Florida real estate issues, including the acquisition, disposition, and financing of all types of commercial property, development, and entitlement of residential, multi-family, and office properties.
She represents landlords and tenants in the negotiation of commercial leases for office, retail, and industrial use. Elizabeth is also experienced in handling business-related matters, such as corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending, insurance regulatory compliance, and commercial transactions. While in law school, Elizabeth served as a research assistant and an Articles Editor for the Nova Law Review.
