Elizabeth P. Mazzocco is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP in the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice. Ms. Mazzocco focuses on general commercial litigation, both at the trial and appellate level, representing clients in a variety of industries. She has experience in initial case strategy and fact gathering, briefing, and motions practice.
Ms. Mazzocco was a summer associate with Foley in 2013. Prior to joining Foley, she was a public interest law initiative fellow with the Children and Family Justice Center, which is part of the Bluhm Legal Clinic at Northwestern University School of Law.
Education :
Ms. Mazzocco received her law degree from Northwestern University School of Law (J.D., 2014), where she was a recipient of the John Henry Wigmore full-tuition merit scholarship. She served as co-president and competition coordinator for Northwestern’s Moot Court Society, and was an associate editor of the Journal of Law and Social Policy.
Ms. Mazzocco received her master’s degree in linguistics from Northwestern University (M.S., 2011). She completed her bachelor’s degree in linguistics at the University of Wisconsin – Madison (B.A., 2007), receiving comprehensive honors.

Ms. Mazzocco is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois, and in federal court before the Northern District of Illinois, the Seventh Circuit, and the Fifth Circuit.
