Elizabeth A. Meiszer has effectively counseled and advocated for her clients on a wide variety of employment-related issues, including matters arising under Title IX, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, Title VII, and the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Recently, she has been working with colleges and universities to conduct audits and assessments of their Title IX programs and policies. As a certified Civil Rights Investigator, Elizabeth also investigates Title IX complaints on behalf of colleges and universities.
Prior to joining the firm, she clerked for Judge Robert Chambers in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, where she gained experience handling matters in a variety of legal fields. During law school, Elizabeth served as a judicial extern for Judge Timothy Black in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
