Elizabeth Osborne is a senior attorney in the Finance Group. Liz focuses her practice on commercial real estate finance. Prior to joining Alston & Bird, Ms. Osborne was an associate at a large New York-based international firm, where she focused her practice on representing public and private companies in a wide variety of complex financing transactions including syndicated senior credit facilities, second lien financing, asset-based loans, acquisition finance, leveraged finance and securitizations.
Ms. Osborne drafted and negotiated various transactional documents and provided on-going advice and counsel to companies and principals on terms, analysis, strategy, negotiation and risk assessment and management related to operations and operative financing documents.
Ms. Osborne received her J.D., cum laude, in 2008 from New York Law School. While at New York Law School, she served as senior editor of the New York Law School Law Review, was a Harlan Scholar and participated in the Center for Business Law and Policy.
Ms. Osborne received her M.A. in psychology from Teachers College of Columbia University and her B.A. in psychology from Trinity College.
