Elizabeth Ginsburg’s practice focuses on representing individuals and companies in civil and criminal investigations, including matters related to fraud, corruption, and price-fixing. Prior to joining the firm, Elizabeth served as a legal intern in the FCPA Unit of the US Department of Justice, Criminal Division, Fraud Section, and in the Violent and Organized Crime Unit of the US Attorney’s Office, Southern District of New York.
Elizabeth also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Ronnie Abrams, US District Judge, Southern District of New York. Elizabeth is involved in Steptoe’s pro bono program representing indigent defendants in DC Superior Court. Elizabeth has also worked to extend LGBTQ rights abroad.
While in law school, Elizabeth assisted victims of domestic violence seeking restraining orders in New York Family Court. Elizabeth also participated in the Mid-Atlantic Innocence Project which works to exonerate the wrongly convicted.
