Elizabeth Chapman’s practice focuses on commercial and multifamily real estate and finance. She represents national, regional and local clients in real estate acquisitions, sales and dispositions involving office, industrial, retail and mixed-use developments. She frequently assists clients with the financing of real property using conventional financing and project finance.
She is the membership committee co-chair for CREW Hampton Roads, and she also serves on the finance committee for the Girl Scout Council of the Colonial Coast and on the holiday party committee of HRACRE.
Before joining Williams Mullen, Elizabeth was a law clerk for The Honorable Judges Glenn R. Croshaw, A. Bonwill Shockley and Leslie L. Lilley. She earned her J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law, where she served as an articles editor of the University of Richmond Law Review. She also graduated with a B.A. in history from Virginia Tech.
