
Emily A. Dorner is an associate in the eDiscovery and Information Governance practice group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s Chicago office. Ms. Dorner focuses her practice on information governance including eDiscovery litigation and records and information governance. She counsels clients regarding electronic document preservation, production, review, and spoliation.
In addition, she frequently consults clients regarding records and information governance and provides advice regarding records management and legal retention requirements.
Ms. Dorner has experience conducting and managing document review, researching and writing records retention policies, and designing and implementing electronic discovery programs, including policies for preserving collecting, producing, and defensibly destroying electronically stored information (ESI).
