Emily F. Huang is a corporate associate and a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Her practice focuses on advising private equity firms and corporate clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions across a broad range of industries. Ms. Huang joined Debevoise in 2012.
Ms. Huang received a J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School in 2012, where she was a notes editor of the Michigan Law Review and a member of Order of the Coif. She received an A.B. magna cum laude from Dartmouth College in 2009, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She has served on the Dean’s Advisory Council for the University of Michigan Law School since 2014.
