Emily B. Hutson is an associate in the Washington DC office of King & Spalding. Her practice focuses on civil and criminal litigation, particularly in the antitrust context. She has also assisted clients with government enforcement actions, mergers and acquisitions, trademark infringement matters, strategic counseling, appellate actions, and international arbitration.
Emily received her law degree from the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law in 2017, where she received the Golden Quill Award for Best Brief in the Wiley Rutledge Moot Court Competition, and served as Primary Editor on the Global Studies Law Review. Emily is a lifelong native of Washington, DC.
