Emily represents real estate developers and property owners in negotiations, advises clients on real estate permits and regulations, handles settlement matters, and appears before both state and local agencies on a wide variety of real estate regulatory issues.
Emily graduated magna cum laude from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in English Language and Literature. After graduating from Michigan, she spent time working as an English teacher, and she was an active member of her Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan communities.
Through Emily’s community involvement, she was inspired to pursue a career as a lawyer. She received her law degree and graduated magna cum laude from The University of Toledo College of Law. While in law school, Emily was the Executive Articles Editor of the University of Toledo Law Review, and she received the Dean’s Award for distinguished achievement and service.
