Emily Redmerski is an associate in the Finance practice group working with issuers, underwriters, sellers and servicers in connection with mortgage-backed and asset-backed securitizations and the purchase, sale, servicing, warehousing and financing of mortgage loans and other financial assets.
Emily received her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, with a concentration in corporate law. While in law school, Emily was named a Cardozo Scholar three times. She served as a member of the Cardozo Journal of Law & Gender and as a teaching assistant for first-year Real Property. She also volunteered as a legal advocate through Cardozo’s Access to Justice pro bono consumer debt program.
