Emily A. Seiderman is a commercial litigation associate in New York. Prior to joining Venable, Emily served as a law clerk to the Honorable Leda Dunn Wettre, U.S.M.J., of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. She also served for two years as a law clerk in the Staff Attorney’s Office of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
During law school, Emily interned for the Honorable Denny Chin of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and was a Ruth Whitehead Whaley Scholar. She also served as editor-in-chief of the Fordham Urban Law Journal and as a legal writing and research teaching assistant.
