Emily J. Tremblay is a associate in Robins Kaplan’s Intellectual Property and Technology practice group, Emily J. Tremblay is dedicated to protecting and monetizing her clients’ intellectual property.
Emily came to Robins Kaplan having clerked for federal judges for four years: she spent two years working for Magistrate Judge Leo I. Brisbois in the District of Minnesota, and most recently, she clerked for District Judge James D. Peterson in the Western District of Wisconsin. Emily gained invaluable writing and legal research experience and judicial insight during her time clerking.
Before clerking, Emily interned for the United States Attorney’s Office in the District of Minnesota, summered with a mid-size litigation firm in Minneapolis, and externed for Justice Ann Walsh Bradley on the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
During law school, Emily worked for the University of Wisconsin Law School’s Oxford Federal Project, a clinical program where law students provide legal assistance to federal prisoners.
