Eric M. Charity is a member of the firm’s commercial finance team. His practice is focused on a wide range of credit transactions, representing agents, lenders, financial institutions, private equity groups, public and private companies, and other business organizations in all aspects of secured and unsecured financing.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Charity worked as an associate in the real estate finance practice of an international law firm.
While attending law school, Mr. Charity worked as a summer associate in the Virginia Department of Labor and Industry and clerked for the Honorable C. N. Jenkins Jr. in the Richmond Circuit Court. He also served as a member of the Journal of Women and the Law.
