Eric Anderson was a former prosecutor and deputy county counsel. He started practice as a lawyer in both Juvenile and Adult Criminal Courts for the Middle sex District Attorney’s Office in Massachusetts. He has devoted his career to the pursuit of justice, using his practical understanding of both sides of the courtroom to his clients’ benefit.
Mr. Anderson joined the Shasta County District Attorney’s Office in 2006 to supervise the Domestic Violence Enhanced Response Team. At California, he prosecuted several members of outlaw motorcycle gang while pursuing other violent felons.
Mr. Anderson had a 90 percent rate prosecutor and has translated that knowledge to defending clients in misdemeanor and felony cases at both federal and state courts. He was a deputy county counsel for Contra Costa County representing on issues of 42 U.S.C. Section 1983 of the Civil Rights Act of 1873 and the California Government Torts Claim Act.
Prior to entering private practice he also worked as a trial attorney for farmer insurance.
