Eric J. DeBear advises clients in land use and zoning matters throughout all phases of residential and commercial real estate development projects. He is experienced in drafting a range of documents as part of the zoning entitlement process, including applications for special exceptions, variances, and planned unit developments as well as zoning determination letters.
Eric also presents applications on behalf of clients to the Board of Zoning Adjustment and local Advisory Neighborhood Commissions. Eric earned his J.D. from the Catholic University of America — Columbus School of Law, where he was the associate editor of The Journal of Contemporary Health Law Policy. He received his B.A. from Connecticut College.
