Eric A. Ess concentrates his practice on estate and tax planning, probate and trust administration, business succession planning, and lifetime gift planning for high-net worth individuals and families.
Eric designs and implements estate plans through the preparation of wills, revocable trusts, complex irrevocable trusts and business transfer documents. Eric works to maximize the tax benefits available to individuals and their families and to preserve family wealth passing to future generations.
As part of his practice, Eric focuses on the unique considerations common to high-net worth families that are unrelated to tax concerns. Eric serves as the chairperson of the firm’s Private Wealth Advisory Group.
