Eric N. Fischer is a corporate associate and a member of the firm’s Investment Management Group. His practice focuses on advising sponsors of private investment funds and separately managed accounts, covering numerous sectors and strategies, including buyout, venture capital, infrastructure, credit, fund-of-funds and real estate. He also advises sponsors and investors in connection with secondary transactions and direct co-investments. Mr. Fischer’s recent experience includes acting for clients such as Apollo Global Management, Brookfield Asset Management, Carmel Partners, HarbourVest Partners and Global Infrastructure Partners.
Mr. Fischer joined Debevoise in 2018. He received a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center cum laude in 2016, where he was an online editor of the Georgetown Law Journal and the recipient of CALI awards in Bargain, Exchange, and Liability and Professional Responsibility. He received an A.B. from Washington University in St. Louis in 2013.
