Eric J. Graffeo represents clients in all aspects of employee benefits law involving mergers and acquisitions, retirement plans, and health and welfare plans. Before joining Littler, Eric was an associate at a multinational professional services firm, where he helped counsel clients regarding various aspects of executive compensation and employee benefit plans as well as all aspects of the Affordable Care Act.
