Eric Ourada is a senior attorney in the firm’s Real Estate, Finance & Investment Group and focuses his practice on commercial real estate development, investment and leasing. He has extensive experience in representing developers of industrial distribution facilities and is involved in all aspects of their developments, including land acquisitions and assemblages, joint ventures, mixed-use developments, financing, leasing and dispositions.
Mr. Ourada received his J.D. in 1995 from the University of South Carolina School of Law where he was on the student editorial board of the ABA Real Property, Probate and Trust Journal. He received his B.B.A in accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 1991.
He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the State Bar of North Carolina, the State Bar of South Carolina and the Atlanta Bar Association. He has written or spoken on various real estate topics including easement law and commercial leasing transactions.
