Eric Jackson Funk is an associate in the Wilmington office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. His practice focuses on transactional matters involving Delaware corporations, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, and corporate governance issues.
In 2018, while on secondment from the firm, Eric served as a law clerk to Vice Chancellor Tamika Montgomery-Reeves of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
Prior to joining the firm, Eric practiced in the corporate advisory group at Richards, Layton & Finger in Wilmington.
During law school, Eric worked as a clinic intern at the Donald Pritzker Entrepreneurship Law Center at Northwestern University, and served as a judicial intern to Judge Lynn N. Hughes and Judge George C. Hanks, Jr., of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
