
Eric M. Wade is a shareholder in the Dothan, Alabama office. His practice focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation claims and personal injury liability claims for employers, businesses and insurers in the state of Alabama.
Eric graduated cum laude from the University of Alabama earning his BA with a double major in political science and criminal justice. He earned his JD from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University (AL) where he was a member of the Henry Upson Sims Moot Court Board.
After law school, he clerked for the Honorable John B. Bush, presiding circuit judge of the 19th Judicial Circuit of Alabama. Eric is a member of the Houston County Bar Association and the Alabama Defense Lawyers’ Association (ADLA).
He is also a member of the Alabama State Bar’s Workers’ Compensation Section, the Alabama Workers’ Compensation Organization and served as a member of the Houston County Bar Association’s Grievance Committee.
Eric is a life-long resident of the Wiregrass area (southeast Alabama) where he still resides in Enterprise, Alabama, with his wife and daughters. During his free time, he enjoys playing golf, following the University of Alabama’s athletic programs, serving in his church and community, and spending time with his family.
