Eric M. Nass heads the firm’s workers’ compensation division. His area of practice is exclusively limited to workers’ compensation. When someone is injured at work, people are often concerned simply about making ends meet to support their family, not to mention worrying about how they will be able to pay for hospitals and doctors to treat their injuries.
Often the only avenue of recovery for injured workers is the workers’ compensation system, which can be overwhelming to the uninitiated. Mr. Nass and his team are dedicated to assisting their clients navigate through the workers’ compensation system to obtain the maximum recovery for their clients lost wages and to make sure that their clients have access to the medical treatment they deserve so that they can return to work as soon as possible. He is a 1991 graduate of the Syracuse University, and a 1995 graduate of Hofstra Law School. He is admitted to the bar of New York.
