Erick Kraemer is an Associate in Tully Rinckey PLLC’s Buffalo office, Erick brings years of experience in representing businesses in the areas of corporate dissolution, disloyal employee lawsuits, defending against class action lawsuits, eviction of commercial tenants, commercial litigation, premises liability defense, employment discrimination defense, wage and hour claim (FLSA) defense, sexual harassment defense, disability discrimination defense and defense against claims brought against businesses by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), the Department of Sanitation, the Department of Consumer Affairs, the New York City Commission on Human Rights and the Fire Department of New York City.
Prior to joining Tully Rinckey PLLC, Erick practiced at the Law Offices of Robert E. Brown and was the Chief Associate at Ray, Mitev & Associates; two well-known litigation firms with offices in New York City.
Originally from Stony Brook, N.Y., Erick is a proud graduate of SUNY Geneseo, where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in political science and became a member of Pi Sigma Alpha, the Political Science Honor Society.
Erick received his juris doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law in New York City, where he was President of the Environmental Law Society and named Managing Editor Emeritus of both St. John’s Journal of International and Comparative Law and the New York International Law Review.
At St. John’s, Erick was also presented with a Dean’s Award for Excellence in International Environmental Law and the Service Award for St. John’s Journal of International & Comparative Law.
