Erik Hult advises and represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment law matters arising under international, federal, and state laws. He assists clients with a wide range of issues related to labor-management relations, including: Collective bargaining, Labor arbitrations, Election campaigns, Labor relations strategy.
As a part of Erik’s international employment law practice, he assists international enterprises in a variety of matters, including developing global labor relations strategies, establishing corporate codes of social responsibility, and assisting with proceedings involving the United Nations Global Compact and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development.
He works with international employers to develop labor relations strategies and human resource policies in the U. S. and Europe. He has assisted international employers in establishing new operations in the U. S.
Erik regularly practices in federal and state courts on a variety of employment law matters, including a wide range of discrimination and retaliation claims, and he has assisted in the defense of a number of class actions arising under federal and state laws.
In law school, Erik was a staff member of the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution and a member of the National Moot Court Team. He was on the men’s rowing team as an undergraduate.
