Erin Fleeger’s practice focuses on matters relating to commercial real estate, including leases, acquisitions and sales, and financings. She also assists in negotiations between tenants and landlords.
She serves on the board of directors of Richmond Habitat for Humanity. Before joining Williams Mullen full-time, Erin worked as an intern in the office of global compliance for a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company and as a legal intern for The Honorable S. Michael Yeager in the Butler County Court of Common Pleas. Erin worked as a summer associate at Williams Mullen in 2015.
She earned her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she worked on the Journal of Technology Law and Policy. She also received an M.B.A. in marketing & strategy from the University of Pittsburgh. Erin received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Grove City College.
