Erin A. Bradley represents fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and operation of private investment funds, including private equity funds, real estate funds, venture capital funds, funds of funds, secondary funds and hedge funds. Erin also represents institutional investors and family offices in connection with their investments in private investment funds, including the acquisition and sale of those investments on the secondary market. She also advises investors on acquiring preferred stock positions in early-stage growth companies.
Earlier in her career, Erin served as an attorney for the Federal Trade Commission.
