Erin Banks has focused her practice on advising and representing clients in construction and real estate development disputes. Erin’s experience includes resolving a variety of construction defect claims, contract disputes, delays, and other complex commercial litigation. Her clients include nationwide homebuilders, developers, owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals.
Erin also has extensive experience in the establishment and representation of community development districts throughout Florida, including representing both district and developers in the issuance of tax-exempt bonds, providing general counsel services to districts, and advising owners, developers and lenders as to restructuring district debt and district foreclosure actions. In addition, Erin represents lenders in recovering property through foreclosure and quieting title actions.
