
Erin Bradham focuses her practice on commercial litigation and complex insurance coverage and bad faith actions. She defends major insurance companies in disputes involving all types of insurance coverage, including homeowners, commercial liability, disability, medical malpractice, builders risk, and automobile coverages.
Erin also represents hospitals, laboratories, and physician groups in contract disputes. She has extensive experience defending clients in both state and federal courts, including as trial counsel in a recent two-week jury trial that resulted in a defense verdict.
Erin is also very committed to pro bono service. She has successfully secured asylum and other immigration relief for more than a dozen clients fleeing political persecution or harm in their home country.
