Erin H. Larabee

Erin H. Larabee is a staff attorney in the firm’s FIBRE Section in the Pittsburgh office. Prior to joining Buchanan, Erin served as a commercial loan closer associate and asset resolution manager for a national bank where she gained experience in reviewing and negotiating commercial and construction loan agreements, reviewing title insurance commitments, surveys, appraisals and inspections.

She has assisted with corporate authority documents, architect and construction contracts, inspection reports, budgets, and title commitments. For nearly 15 years, Erin worked as an associate attorney at several law firms in Florida, focusing on residential and commercial real estate transactions, including foreclosures, title issues, code enforcement and title liens, litigation matters and contract negotiations.

Throughout her career, Erin has represented financial institutions and homeowner associations as well as the Utility Board of the City of Key West in real estate transactions, various litigation matters and contract negotiations. Although her primary practice area has been in real estate, Erin began her legal career in the office of the public defender in Key West, Florida where she represented defendants in a variety of felony, misdemeanor and juvenile criminal matters.
