Erin C. Nave practices real estate and corporate law. She enjoys working collaboratively with clients to help achieve their business goals. Erin regularly assists clients with real estate transactions, general corporate matters, and risk management and compliance.
Erin is both a “dirt” lawyer who is well-versed in title and land use issues and a finance lawyer who understands lending and workouts. She frequently helps property owners, landlords, tenants and investors with issues related to distressed assets, and has advised financial institutions and other secured creditors concerning bankruptcy matters.
Prior to joining Fox, Erin worked as a real estate associate at a Colorado law firm. She previously served as a judicial law clerk at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Colorado. Following law school, Erin worked as an associate in the Indianapolis office of a Midwest regional firm.
Erin is actively involved with the Rocky Mountain office of the Anti-Defamation League, where she was a Robert B. Sturm Mountain States Leadership Fellow in 2016-2017. She enjoys traveling and recently bicycled nearly 200 miles in southern Laos.
