Erin Zacuto Cass is an associate in Venable’s Commercial Litigation Group in Washington, DC. Prior to joining Venable, Erin served as a law clerk for the Honorable Patrick L. Woodward of the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland and the Honorable Ronald B. Rubin of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland.
Erin graduated, cum laude, from the American University Washington College of Law, where she was a publications editor for the Journal of Gender, Social Policy & the Law. She holds a B.A. in American Studies, cum laude, from Georgetown University.
While in law school, Erin served as an intern to the Honorable Frederick H. Weisberg in the Superior Court for the District of Columbia, and in the Appellate Division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia.
Prior to attending law school, Erin was a paralegal specialist at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California, during which she was awarded the 2009 Executive Office for United States Attorneys Director’s Award.
