His expertise includes corporate restructuring, workouts and asset sales, advising management and officers regarding fiduciary duties, and all types of adversary proceedings.
Ethan enjoys assisting his community and frequently litigates non-dischargeability cases. In 2018, Ethan was recognized by the Faculty of Federal Advocates and Chief Bankruptcy Judge Michael E. Romero for his personal commitment to providing pro bono legal services to indigent debtors and received the Donald E. Cordova Distinguished Service Award.
