Eugene Pevzner is an associate in King & Spalding’s Finance practice resident in the New York office. Eugene is active in King & Spalding’s leveraged finance practice where he represents both lenders and borrowers in leveraged finance transactions and other secured and unsecured lending transactions.
Eugene holds a J.D. from New York Law School, where he was a Robert F. Wagner Scholar and a member of the Dean’s Leadership Council.
Prior to and while attending law school, he was a Software Engineer with UBS Wealth Management Americas and Citigroup Global Credit.
