Eun Sung Lim is an associate attorney and a member of Foley’s Transactions and Real Estate Practices. Eun Sung handles corporate and real estate transactional matters for a wide range of firm clients, with a focus on the energy sector and related industries.
Eun Sung has experience representing companies in acquisitions of mineral interests and related upstream facilities, as well as with matters pertaining to construction, operation and other aspects of midstream assets.
He is a member of Foley’s Energy Industry Team. Prior to joining Foley, Eun Sung was a real estate associate at a global law firm.
While attending law school, Eun Sung served as a summer intern at the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California, and served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Victoria Kaufman.
