Eva Galchenko was born and raised in Tomsk, Russia. After graduation from Tomsk State University Institute of Law in 2001, she served as an in-house counsel for Federal Taxation Services of Russian Federation.
Later, she transitioned to criminal prosecution and spent four years as an Assistant District Prosecutor in Tomsk Region, adding both criminal and civil litigation work to her previous experience in commercial courts.
In 2012, she graduated from University of Houston Law Center with Master of Laws in International Law degree. Prior to joining Shulman & Hill, she worked as a Legal Compliance Consultant for a multinational ethanol trading company. Ms. Galchenko is admitted to practice in New York.
