Evelina Gentry advises clients with real estate, labor and employment, First Amendment, False Claims Act (FCA), products liability, and bankruptcy litigation disputes. She has extensive experience with pleadings, written discovery, motions, depositions, trial preparations, and negotiating complex settlements.

Evelina has opposed an Anti-SLAPP motion in a business litigation and employment matter, negotiated a significant settlement in a heavily litigated FCA Medicare fraud qui tam lawsuit, drafted an amicus curiaebrief for the California Supreme Court in a First Amendment case, and settled a complex breach of contract and land use dispute between a real estate developer and municipality.
