Fabricio M. Archanjo is an associate based in the New York office and a member of the Litigation Department. Mr. Archanjo joined Debevoise in 2015 after obtaining a J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he was an Assistant Casebook Editor of the Moot Court Board. From 2017 to 2018, he pursued and obtained an M.A. in Economics at Kent State University, where he was a Graduate Assistant focused on the economic analysis of law, returning to Debevoise thereafter.
Mr. Archanjo had previously received an M.Sc. in Social Policy Analysis, magna cum laude, from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in 2012 and a B.B.A. in Finance and Economics, summa cum laude and Honors College Scholar, from Kent State University in 2011.
While at Debevoise, Mr. Archanjo’s practice has focused on white collar and regulatory defense, internal investigations, anti-corruption and trade compliance, crisis management, as well as contractual disputes and other commercial litigation. He has been active in the representation of U.S. and foreign multinational firms, with clients including Fortune 100 and 500 companies, a leading private equity firm, prominent media companies, as well as Brazilian, European, and Japanese companies with worldwide operations. Mr. Archanjo has extensive training in a multitude of firm-specific and market-level financial and economic analyses routinely used by clients when making business decisions.
Prior to joining Debevoise, Mr. Archanjo was a Law Clerk at the firm in 2014 and a Legal Intern at the Litigation Bureau of the Office of the New York State Attorney General in 2013.
Mr. Archanjo is licensed to practice law in New York and Texas. He is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.
