Federica M. Castro is an associate in Mayer Brown’s Corporate & Securities practice based in Houston. Her practice focuses on corporate, merger & acquisitions and energy project development with an emphasis on Latin America and the Caribbean.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Federica was a senior associate in the Caracas office of a leading international law firm, concentrating her practice in general corporate and M&A transactions.
