Forrest Neal is a business lawyer assisting companies and investors with venture capital and private equity investments, merger and acquisitions, public offerings and commercial transactions. Forrest also advises clients on various legal and business matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, partnership matters, tax, capitalization, equity compensation, capital raising and customer contracts.
Forrest is actively involved in pro bono work in the Atlanta area, and previously in Tampa, Florida prior to joining DLA Piper. His pro bono work includes assisting community based nonprofit and §501(c)(3) organizations in such areas of law as corporate, tax, contract, intellectual property, risk management and real estate. He also represents victims of domestic violence in their hearings for temporary protective orders.
