Francis Doorley is an associate in Mayer Brown’s Washington DC office and a member of the Consumer Financial Services group and the Financial Services Regulatory & Enforcement practice.
Frank has experience representing financial institutions and other consumer financial services providers in government investigations and enforcement actions related to various consumer financial laws, including the Truth In Lending Act, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act, the Fair Housing Act and the False Claims Act.
Frank also counsels financial institutions on compliance with state and federal mortgage and consumer finance laws. Prior to joining the firm, Frank was an associate at another Washington DC law firm and served as an extern for the Hon. Virginia M. Kendall on the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
