
Francisco Armada has a background in general civil litigation, complex commercial litigation, appellate law, banking law, commercial foreclosures, contractual disputes, probate litigation, copyright litigation, medical malpractice, securities litigation, enforcement of non-compete agreements, and residential mortgage-backed securities litigation.
He has represented various clients, including several financial institutions, in trials, various hearings, and depositions and appeals.
Before beginning his legal career, Mr. Armada served for five years as an officer in the U.S. Army. This experience helped him acquire many important skills, including the ability to adapt to complex situations, serve in leadership roles, and manage large projects.
