Frank W. Buck focuses his practice on labor relations for both private and public sector clients and has served as the chief negotiator for employers in many negotiations, including those involving bargaining units of 1,000 to 14,000 employees. He also has extensive experience with a wide range of employment law matters, including:

Frank regularly represents clients before the National Labor Relations Board, the Department of Labor, the State Employment Relations Board, the Ohio Civil Rights Commission and other state and federal agencies. He also appears before all levels of the federal and state courts, including the United States Supreme Court, on a variety of matters, including claims arising under:
- The Americans with Disabilities Act
- The National Labor Relations Act
- The Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act
- The Fair Credit Reporting Act
- The Employee Retirement Income Security Act
Frank also provides day-to-day counsel on problems arising under collective bargaining agreements and matters relating to employment discrimination, wrongful termination, business restructuring, compliance and sales and acquisitions.
Additionally, Frank has lectured on various labor law topics, from effective management and discipline, to wage and hour laws, employment terminations and successorship issues.
