Mr. Frank Junior Borgese is based out of Graham & Borgese’s Buffalo office. He is admitted to practice law in both New York and New Jersey. He has focused his entire legal career on consumer rights, having filed hundreds of lawsuits against debt collectors who violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and defending countless other creditor-debtor lawsuits.
He has had his writing published by the American Bar Association and various other consumer-oriented publications regarding federal debt collection laws and credit card defense-related matters. Additionally, he has also guest lectured on the FDCPA to members of the Monroe County Bar Association and students at Monroe Community College.
Mr. Borgese received his juris doctor from the Cleveland-Marshall School of Law, and his B.A., cum laude, in social sciences from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
He is admitted to practice in New York State, the United States District Court for the Western District of New York and the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York.
He is a member of the Erie County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA).
