Complete incompetence
This man is a thief and totally incompetent! Stay away from Frank Kerney. My wife had her identity stolen and about $1,890 was charged on my wife’s Chase card. We live and work in Florida for the Dept of Defence and these charges were for an entire month in Arkansas. So clearly it’s physically impossible to be in two places at once. So we filled the proper paperwork about identity theft with Chase and they still held us liable. So this was a slam dunk case. So we hired Frank Kerney -WHAT A HUGH MISTAKE! After a year of my wife’s credit taken a huge plunge and being denied credit, Frank comes to us with an offer of $2,193?!?! This lawyer needs the money more than you do, so stay away from this low-life sleaze bag. He did absolutely nothing but screwed us in the end. All lawyers are not equal and he is a the bottom of the barrel.
