Frank Lombardo

Frank Lombardo is a senior trial attorney who works on the firm’s complex litigation and construction accident cases. Frank has been litigating and trying cases to verdict in the New York and Federal District Courts for over 25 years, specializing in construction and Labor Law cases, insurance coverage litigation and other negligence actions including automobile, premises and products liability.

He has successfully briefed and argued appeals in the New York Appellate Division, First and Second Departments, as well as the New York State Court of Appeals. Most recently Frank was successful in obtaining a jury verdict award in the amount of $2.76 million for a 38 year old carpenter that fell from a ladder. Frank is a dedicated Plaintiff’s attorney who cares about getting his clients the compensation they deserve.

In addition to his legal career, Frank sits on the Board of Directors of The New York Sportscene Children’s Foundation, Chairman of its Celebrity Golf Outing, Legal Counsel to Yes We Care that assists veterans with post-traumatic stress disorder, and has a pivotal role in raising funds for other children’s charities.
