Mr. Frank B. Reilly advises clients on mergers and acquisition transactions on a global basis in a wide range of industries. These transactions include negotiated acquisitions, cross border transactions, strategic divestitures and mergers, competitive auctions, strategic alliances and joint ventures, and distressed company bankruptcy and UCC Article 9 sales.
He recently advised a public company on the divestiture of a non-core business with operations worldwide, which included complex intellectual property, regulatory, and international tax issues. Mr. Reilly has advised on more than US $1 billion of public and private transactions.
Mr. Reilly concentrates on corporate and commercial matters, including M&A, corporate finance, and energy project development and investments. He is also experienced in representing tax exempt organizations, having served as outside general counsel for 36 years to the Institute for Supply Management, Inc. (“ISM”), an educational organization serving supply management and purchasing professionals worldwide and the publisher of the ISM Report on Business. Mr. Reilly has advised on transactions and corporate matters in numerous industries.
Mr. Reilly has over 40 years of corporate and transactional experience and has advised on complex transactions across the U.S., Canada, Europe, and the Far East. He assists clients as they face the challenges of multi-jurisdictional and global transactions, based on his experience with sophisticated transactions and understanding of local practice requirements and industry specific issues.
