
Mr. Frank Slover is a retired partner in the firm’s Business Services Department. His areas of practice include the acquisition, leasing, development, operation and financing of commercial real estate, as well as other areas of real estate and business law. He is also involved in asset acquisitions, contract and lease enforcement, landlord and tenant law and the enforcement of financing documents and other contractual agreements, on a local and national level.
He provides local representation to out-of-state lenders and other clients engaging in multi-state financing transactions and the acquisition, leasing, development and other transactions involving property in the State of Georgia.
Prior to joining Seyfarth Shaw LLP, Mr. Slover was a stockholder with a prominent Atlanta law firm and previously served as Director of Corporate Communications for Georgia-Pacific Corporation, and as a financial/business writer for The Gazette (Montreal, Quebec) and The Globe and Mail (Toronto, Ontario).
Mr. Slover’s combination of prior experience working with major corporations and his broad and varied educational experience give him the background to combine legal, intellectual and business training and experience to all areas of legal representation on behalf of his clients.
